Nature of Requirements:
LIQUID ARGON & TANK (RENTAL)
The requirement includes:
1. The supply and delivery of liquid argon (purity 99.998%) at
the Soils and Crops Research Development Centre (SCRDC), located
at 2560 Hochelaga Boulevard, Quebec (Quebec). The Contractor
will ensure there is no interruption in the supply of the gas at
the SCRDC, by regular visits to the site and/or with the use of
telemetry system.
2. The rental and installation of a storage tank (capacity 450
liters) belonging to the contractor, for the storage of the
liquid argon required by the Soils and Crops Research
Development Centre (SCRDC), located at 2560 Hochelaga Boulevard,
Quebec (Quebec). The Contractor will provide and install
fittings, adapters and accessories required for the storage tank
to be fully operational and be connected to the distribution
system of the building, at no additional cost to Canada. It will
be the technical and financial responsibility of the contractor
to remove and dispose the storage tank when the contract expires
or is terminated.
The resulting contract will cover a period of five (5) years.
