Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has a requirement for
the provision and delivery of 48 free standing rain shelter
frames. The rain shelter frames will be covered with AAFC
plastic and used in a study to examine the effect of moisture
extremes (excess moisture, drought and under rained conditions)
on the growth and yielding ability of flax. Example diagram
attached at Appendix 1.
Delivery is requested by September 30, 2015.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
