This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages of Canada.

Storage Cabinets

There is an Optional Site Visit scheduled to take place at the
Department of National Defence, Infantry School, Building K-92,
Room 138 at CFB Gagetown at 10:30 am on Monday January 7th, 2013.

NOTE: In case of Inclement Weather on this date, suppliers must
call Charline MacDonald at 506-851-6067. A message on the voice
mailbox will advise if the Site Visit is cancelled. If it is, an
alternate date will also be provided.

REQUIREMENT:

1. For the supply, delivery and installation of Storage
Cabinets for the Department of National Defence, Infantry
School, Building K-92, Combat Training Centre, CFB Gagetown,
Oromocto, NB as described in the Statement of Work at Annex "A"

• Part 1. All products and materials must be received no later

than March 28, 2013. The contractor will be required to provide
all the necessary tools, manpower, equipment and resources
(including engineered drawings if required). The installation of
the Storage Cabinets must be completed no later than May 31,
2013.

2. For the design, delivery and installation of a Weapons
Storage Systems (WSS) to Building K-92, Infantry School, Combat
Training Centre, CFB Gagetown, Oromocto, NB as described in the
Statement of Work at Annex "A" - Part 2. All products and
materials must be received no later than March 28, 2013. The
contractor will be required to provide all the necessary tools,
manpower, equipment and resources (including engineering
drawings if required). The installation of the WSS must be
completed no later than April 30, 2013.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
