Amendment No. 005 is raised to extend the closing date of Request for Proposal to May 11, 2018.
By means of the RFP, NRCan is seeking proposals from Bidders for the provision of Cadastral survey for flooding easements on various Indian reserves within provinces of Ontario and Manitoba, in the vicinity of Lake of the Woods and Rainy Lake.
Up to five (5) contracts may be awarded from this RFP, one for each area. Details of the Statement of Work for the locations are contained in Annex A. Bidder may submit a proposal for any or all of the location, however a separate and complete proposal is required for each area.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
The period of the contracts shall be from Contract award to December 31, 2018.
