Request for a supply arrangement for general contractors services

This requirement consists in issuing supply arrangements for the
services of general contractors services. A supply arrangement
is a method of supply where the Department of Public works and
government Services Canada ( PWGSC), under the framework of the
arrangement, may solicit bids from a pool of prescreened
vendors.

The supply arrangement will be valid for a two (2) year period
from date of award with one (1) optional year. The maximum
allowable amount the Crown can provide following the issue of
the supply arrangement is estimated at 14,5 million dollars.

Most of the work involved in this arrangement request will be
carried out at Complex Guy favreau, 200 blvd René Lévesque,
Montréal (Quebec) . The project manager could recommend other
sectors of the metropolitan area for work related to those at
200 blvd René Lévesque.

Contractors will be qualified in accordance with the mandatory
requirements established in the supply arrangement request, a
technical assessment and in holding a valid Designated
Organization Screening in regard to security requirements.

A supply arrangement will be issued to the offerors who meet the
mandatory requirements and have obtained at least 60 percent for
each evaluation criteria and 70 percent for the evaluation
criteria in general and meeting the security requirements.
