Title: Miscellaneous Groceries
Requirement: To establish one (1) Regional Individual Standing
Offer (RISO) for Correctional Services of Canada, Kingston,
Ontario Institutions and one (1) Regional Individual Standing
Offer (RISO) for Correctional Services of Canada Beaver Creek
and Fenbrook, Ontario Institutions for the provision of
miscellaneous grocery items including, but not limited to:
cereal, frozen, canned, coffee and cheese on an "as and when"
requested basis.
Period of Standing Offer: Requirement is for two (2) six (6)
month periods with solicitation "A" from Issuance of Standing
Offer to 28 February 2013 and solicitation "B" going out to
tender in January 2013 for the second period of 01 March 2013 to
31 August 2013.
Trade Agreements: The requirement is subject to the provisions
of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government
Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA), Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (Canada-Peru FTA),
Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (Canada-Chile FTA), and
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

this requirement.
