A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of Miscellaneous Groceries, as required by the Department of NationalDefence 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The Standing Offer will be in effect from September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2017, as a period of one year.
Up to three (3) standing offers could be issued for the product list in Annex B- Basis of Payment.
Therequirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
