As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement, this notice will be
published on BuyandSale for a period of 15 calendar days
Suppliers that do not already hold a Supply Arrangement for the
supply of Promotional Items with Public Works and Government
Services Canada, identified herewith, CANNOT SUBMIT A BID.
The Department of National Defence requires the following

The mandatory delivery date for all items for the initial order
quantity (ies) at the final destinations is March 14, 2014.
Additional order quantity (if and when requested) must be
delivered by March 26, 2014.
The responsive bidder already holding a Supply arrangement for
promotional items from Public Works and Government Services
Canada who meets the mandatory delivery date with the lowest
aggregate price will be recommended for contract award.
