Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires a structured artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and implementation-support program to assist multiple PSPC organizations in identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and planning the implementation of AI opportunities within their business areas.
The requirement consists of a coordinated twelve-month pilot involving multiple participating PSPC groups. The successful supplier will provide a structured program that combines advisory support, facilitated learning, readiness assessments, implementation planning, knowledge transfer, and ongoing participant engagement.
The work includes, but is not limited to:
Identifying and evaluating operational opportunities for AI adoption;
Supporting the assessment and prioritization of AI use cases;
Conducting organizational readiness and implementation assessments;
Facilitating workshops, learning sessions, and collaborative activities;
Providing ongoing advisory support and guidance throughout the pilot period;
Supporting participating groups in progressing from opportunity identification to implementation planning;
Facilitating knowledge sharing and peer learning among participating groups;
Building internal organizational capacity for responsible AI adoption; and
Developing repeatable practices, lessons learned, and implementation approaches that may support future AI adoption initiatives.
The objective of the pilot is to advance organizational readiness for AI adoption while supporting participating groups in developing practical and implementable AI opportunities through a common framework and coordinated approach.
