Title: Forrest Park Mould Remediation, Yellowknife NT
Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for a firm of architects with an integrated multidisciplinary
team of sub-consultants and specialists to provide full
architectural and engineering services for design, bid-build
approach to prevent mould growth in 28 Crown Owned Housing Units
in Yellowknife, NT.
There is currently a construction project underway to remove all
mould from all the units as this work is excluded from this
scope of the project. This project will be to design the
crawlspace in such a way to prevent mould from returning.
The proponent shall be a firm, licensed, or eligible to be
licensed to provide the necessary
professional services to the full extent that may be required by
law in the Northwest Territories.
This Request for Proposal is a 1 stage, 1 phase selection
process. This means that the proponent must submit all technical
information as phase 1, and at the same time, they must also
submit their cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. Ensure
that information related to fees or costs are not included with
the technical portion of the proposal.
