Tender description
Parks Canada Agency (PCA) requires an engineering or architecture consultant to complete an options analysis for the construction of a new asset compound within Pacific Rim National Park Reserve (PRNPR). PRNPR currently leases two buildings outside of the Park Reserve and is instead looking to develop the area around the existing PRNPR administration buildings at the following coordinates: 49.060149403918174, -125.72271370346736. The consultant will complete an options analysis comparing different building types, a Life Cycle Cost Analysis for the primary building, schematic site plans, and a preliminary geotechnical investigation. Depending on available funding, PCA may extend the contract to include certain optional services including a Climate Change Risk Analysis and preliminary drawings.
