Notice of Extension:
This is official notice that Alberta Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS) has extended the closing date of this PQR to March 31, 2027. This is in accordance with sections 3.1.1 and 6.16 of the PQR Reference Document.
Master Agreements will continue to expire on March 31, 2027.
If you are an existing Qualified Service Provider (QSP), no action is required on your part to maintain your status as a QSP. If you choose to resubmit, once qualified, the most recent Proposal and Master Agreement will replace any previous submission.
The Province will assume that any QSP on the Resource Lists prior to the posting of this Notice agrees to all of the changes made in the Master Agreement if that QSP does not contact the Province at ALSS.CPO@gov.ab.ca within 30 days of the posting of this Notice, advising the Province that they do not agree to all of the changes made in the Master Agreement.
As a result of changes to the Notice provision in the Master Agreement, some QSPs may not have provided an email address to the Province. Please update your information with the Province by providing an email address for the purpose of the Notice provision by sending it to ALSS.CPO@gov.ab.ca and include the QSP’s legal name.

Added a Statement on Prohibitions Related to Russian Aggression in Ukraine, available as a separate document. ~~~~~ A program review is a rigorous, systematic, objective, impartial, and expert-based evaluation and self-evaluation of programs. Program reviews are completed as part of the Province’s on-going commitment to continuous improvement in the efficacy and impact of programs supporting the needs of Albertans. The purpose of this Pre-qualification Request (PQR) is to develop Resource Lists of Qualified Service Providers for the Province to utilize for future contracting services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this PQR.
