IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS

In the event an NPP, bid solicitation or related documentation

Canada will post all amendments using GETS. It is the sole
responsibility of the Bidder to regularly consult GETS for the

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The scope of work of this project work included the restauration
of the edge beam of the workshop and site drainage of the Cap
Tourmente National Wildlife Area, St.Joachim, QC.
More precisely, the work include, but not limited to :
Replace the structural wood edge beam around the entire
perimeter of the building
Establish a system of supports on steel piles
Restraining the building with a steel structure disposed in the
bottom of the peripheral walls and connect to the piles
Establish a new concrete footing
Establish a new insulation, membrane and protection grid
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
An optional site visit will take place at 10:00 am on November
3rd, 2014, at the Cap Tourmente National Wildlife Area,
St.Joachim QC.
MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;

CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD
VERIFICATION:
Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
the information. Failure to comply will render the bid
non-responsive.
Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide
such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result
in the bid being declared non-responsive.
PERIOD OF WORK
The work is to be completed by December 19th 2014.
BUDGET
The budget, for this project, is between 100 001 $ and 250 000 $
