SCOPE OF WORK / ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued pursuant to Athabasca County’s (“the County”) Request for Proposal for Pre‑Qualification of Engineering Consulting Services (RFPQ No. AB‑2026‑00027). Only proponents prequalified under the RFPQ for the Municipal engineering category are eligible to submit. This RFP invites eligible Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Detailed Design Engineering and Field Services for the Athabasca West Waterline Project (the “Project”), as further described in the RFP Particulars (the “Deliverables”).
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to provide eligible, RFPQ‑prequalified proponents with sufficient information to prepare and submit a proposal for the provision of Detailed Design Engineering and Field Services for the Athabasca West Waterline Project to support the County during the pre‑construction, construction, and close‑out phases of the Project.
