Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP)

Only Suppliers currently pre-qualified on Supply Arrangement E60PV-19EQUI have been invited to bid.

Operational requirements: Agriculture and Agri-food Canada's (AAFC) in Harrow, Ontario, requires a gas chromatograph (GC) with an automated headspace/syringe sampler to support the quantification of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, including nitrous oxide (N2O), carbon dioxide (CO2), and methane (CH4) from agricultural soils.
