Ongoing uninterrupted access to data without performance degradation is of the utmost concern. The Contractor’s DBAs will need to work at times in conjunction with SSC when SQL Server related matters must be escalated. They will be asked to perform work outside of core working hours(7:00AM and 6:00PM ET) including weekends.The Server Operating Systems used are Microsoft Windows Server versions 2008 and up. The SQL databases are Microsoft SQL 2012 or higher. The reporting tools used at JUS are Microsoft SSRS and PowerBI although SSAS and SSIS are also analytical and ETL tools used.
