The Chief Financial Operation Branch (CFOB) for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) has a requirement to review and evaluate the administrative cost allocation for charging both the Employment Insurance Operating (EIO) and Canada Pension Plan (CPP) accounts to determine if it still fairly and equitably apportions costs between Employment and Social Development (ESDC) and the EIO and CPP accounts and that the allocation provides for a proper reflection of cost by program.
This requirement is for a 4 month period.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The Task and Solutions Based Professional Services (TSPS) Method of Supply is a result of a formal competitive process which was established as a result of extensive consultations with industry.
