Shared Services Canada (SSC)’s Procurement and Vendor Relations (PVR) Directorate is planning to issue a software licensing vehicle solicitation for the procurement of software and its associated maintenance and support that falls under SSC’s mandate. This tool, the Software Procurement Instrument (SPI), will effectively be SSC’s version of the Software Licensing Supply Arrangement (SLSA). SSC expects to issue the first phase of this tool on Buy and Sell by this winter.
