This amendment is raised for Solicitation Number 01581-180904/A to amend the region of delivery from Alberta to Saskatchewan.
This Standing Offer cannot be used for requirements in locations which fall under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business, the Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business, and Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements.
The department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada has the requirement for the provision of all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, maintenance and supervision necessary for the supply and delivery of liquid nitrogen on an ?as required’ basis to the indicated locations of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) located in Saskatoon, SK.
The term of this Standing Offer will be from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019 with one additional option year from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
