Nature of Requirements:
REQUIREMENT: To provide leased storage tanks as well as supply
and fill liquid nitrogen into those leased storage tanks, for
the benefit of and at the facilities operated by the National
Research Council of Canada, in accordance with the provisions of
the Requirement at Annex "B". Deliveries pursuant to the
Requirement (cf. Annex "B") shall occur following a time
schedule agreed to between the End user and the Supplier.
IMPORTANT: total estimated required quantity of liquid nitrogen
is as follows:
1) Applicable to Standard G-10-1 per the Compressed Gas
Association (CGA):
1,434,600 cubic metres per annum x five (5) years = 7,173,000
cu. m.; and
2) Applicable to Electronic Grade:
522,000 cubic metres x five (5) years = 2,610,000 cu. m. .
PERIOD OF THE SUBSEQUENT CONTRACT: for the lease of storage
tanks and the supply and delivery of liquid nitrogen, period
spans from the date of Contract to five (5) years inclusive.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
