There is currently an incumbent in this position. The services
were provided through contract G9931-130015/001/XN, awarded to
S.i. Systems Ltd. on April 4, 2014 for 4 months plus 2 option
periods totaling 14 months. The Total Estimated Cost of the
Contract, including option periods, is $949,765.00.
TBIPS REQUIREMENT
Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), has a
requirement for two (2) B.11 Instructor, IT - SAP Training
Delivery (Level 3) resources to assist in the implementation of
the SAP Solution by providing training documentation, delivery
and evaluation leadership and support during the final
preparation, deployment and stabilization period of the project.
ESDC is using the ASAP methodology, complemented by the ADDIE
Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation)
instructional design model.
Eligibility to bid
Only selected TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for
Tier 1 in the National Capital Region under the EN578-055605/E
series of SAs are invited to compete. SA Holders may not submit
a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been
invited to do so. However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish
to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to
request an invitation at any time prior to five days before the
published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to
that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the
efficient operation of the procurement system. In no
circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a
bid closing date. The following SA Holders have been initially
invited to bid on this requirement. Where additional
invitations are made during the bid solicitation process, it may
be that they are not reflected in a solicitation amendment:
