Description of Work:
This contract is related to the implementation of GCdocs (Open Text Content Server) at the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) and Canadian Coast Guard (CCG). GCdocs is the Government of Canada standard system for document and records management.
DFO is onboarding the Government of Canada (GC) standard system for Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRMS) – GCdocs.
The department requires the services of a professional consultant to liaise with the DFO GCdocs Project Team, so that:
Corporate information is grouped in a consistent manner;
Information is managed in a way that supports business activities; and
Information is managed in a way that supports lifecycle management.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
