BACKGROUND

CFB Kingston Clothing Stores is a high tempo warehouse holding
roughly 1,582 line items. The vast majority of items held in
this warehouse are picked daily for issue to customers.
Presently this stock is being held in modified cardboard boxes.
These boxes last an average of two and half to three months
before requiring replacement.
Objective

To provide durable storage bins for the Base Clothing Stores
warehouse. These bins would replace the boxes currently being
used without requiring modifications of the current shelving and
racking configurations or interrupting the operations of the
warehouse.
