1 Canadian Air Division (1CAD) of the Department of National
Defense (DND) located in Winnipeg, MB, has a requirement for the
60 month lease of one (1) colour production printer plus an
optional two (2) 12 month extensions, and an additional option
to lease a second printer within the current fiscal year. This
Contract is for the lease, delivery, and installation of the
equipment as well as any training that would be necessary to
allow users to access all of the required features of the
equipment.
Lease term will include the provision of all preventative and
remedial service and the provision of all imaging consumables,
as well as the removal of the equipment at the end of the lease
period. The hard disk drive must be removed on site at the end
of the lease, and will remain the property of DND. The colour
production printer must be configured as described in Annex A -
Statement of Work.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
