Amendment No. 003 is being issued to make changes to the request for proposal (RFP) as specified below and to publish all answers to the questions received to date.
Amendment 002 is raised to change:

This amendment 001 is raised to add new Anti-forced labour requirements to the solicitation and resulting contract as detailed in the associated solicitation amendment
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number U6329-210843/A dated 2021/05/20 with a closing of 2021/06/18 at 14h00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.
Measurement Canada, Weighing & Measuring Division has a requirement for the supply of sixteen (16) 50 kg counting scales, sixteen (16) 12 kg counting scales and sixteen (16) 4 kg precision balance scales, which must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements. Delivery of the scales must occur within 5 weeks of contract award.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
