Nature of Requirements:
SWEEPER, ROTARY TOWED, 4.2 M BROOM
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
two (2) rotary towed sweepers and related items including
operator and maintenance training in accordance with Purchase
Description for Sweeper, Rotary, Towed 4.2 m Bromm dated
2012-09-18 to be delivered at Canadian Forces Base Petawawa,
Petawawa, Ontario by March 29, 2013.
An option is included to purchase up to three (3) rotary towed
sweepers and related items to be exercised within twelve (12)
months from the effective date of the contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
