Requirement: The contractor must supply and deliver (when
required) new (not reconditioned or rebuilt) airfield lighting.
All required parts are listed in Annex "B" of the solcitation
document.
Equivalent Parts: Equivalent parts will be accepted as long as
they meet the same specifications as the listed products found
in Annex "B".
Standing Offer Period: The period of the Standing Offer is from
issuance of the Standing Offer until the 30 June 2015.
Trade Agreements: This requirement is subject to the provisions
of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canada -
Peru Free Trade Agreement/ Canada - Columbia Free Trade
Agreement, Canada Chile Free Trade Agreement, Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT) and the World Trade Organization on
Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
