Requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) new, completely functioning, commercial off-the-shelf GNB Battery or "equivalent" for the Department of National Defence (DND), North American Aerospace Defence Command (NORAD) Center, 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The GNB Battery, or "equivalent", will be tied into the NORAD operation’s center through an industrial uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system to provide critical uninterrupted power to support its operations. The GNB Battery, or "equivalent", must meet the mandatory specifications.
If the Bidder proposes to supply any part with an alternative Part Number, the Bidder must provide, all the technical information (e.g. drawings specifications, engineering reports, and/or test reports) necessary to clearly demonstrate that the part proposed has the form, fit and function characteristics equivalent to the Part Number(s) specified in the bid solicitation.
Detailed requirements are specified in Annex A and Annex B.
All the deliverables must be received on or before September 28, 2018.
Delivery, FOB destination: Department of National Defence, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
