AAFC requires professional engineering and environmental services to undertake a preliminary level study in regards to the rehabilitation of Cadillac Dam. The study shall include: A- preliminary designs for the work required to align the dam and its operation with the CDA Dam Safety Guidelines; B- identification of the potential environmental impacts of the rehabilitation and subsequent operation of dam and identification of mitigation measures; C- cost estimates prepared to a CLASS C level including consideration of the aforementioned environmental factors. The study shall also identify additional data and information that may be required in subsequent studies.
