AMENDMENT NO. 1 - The Request for Proposal has been amended. No
amendments to the Notice of Proposed Procuement.

The Quebec Laboratory for Environmental Testing, Field Services
(Environment Canada, Quebec Region) wishes to acquire a rigid
hull boat, shallow draft 5.5 to 6.5 metres long, in accordance
with Transport Canada Marine Safety Standard TP-1332
(Construction Standards for Small Vessels), as well as the
Canada Shipping Act, for collecting samples of water, fish and
plants in the St. Lawrence River between Cornwall and Quebec
City and the river tributaries (small rivers). The contractor
must also provide training on the electrical and electronic
components onboard the boat in English or in French before March
31, 2013 . Details in the Request for Proposal.

Delivery: Complete delivery is requested by February 28, 2013
and mandatory by March 31, 2013.
