Requirement:
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for Rubber
Inflatable Boats. The proposed Contractor must provide the
Department of National Defence with eight (8) Rubber Inflatable
Boats (RIB's) in accordance with Annex A - Statement of Work and
Annex B - Performance and Technical Specifications. Delivery
of the RIB's will be within fifty (50) kilometers of the
National Capital Regiom and are requested before June 30, 2012.
Option:
The Contractor must also provide options for the purchase of up
to six (6) additional RIB's in accordance with Annex A -
Statement of Work and Annex B - Performance and Technical
Specifications.
If additional funding becomes available, DND may choose to
exercise the option to purchase up to six (6) additional RIB's.
This option may be exercised within 2 years of the contract
award date.
To be considered compliant Bidders must meet all the Mandatory
Requirements of the Request for Proposal.
The lowest priced compliant proposal will be recommended for
award.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
