Building Envelope Upgrades and Bathroom Renovations for the RCMP in 10 housing units located in Gillam, Shamattawa, and Snow Lake, MB.
Work under this contract will involve, but is not limited to the following for the Royal Canadian
Mounted Police (RCMP): Supply of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and
supervision necessary to complete the renovations to 10 housing units located in Gillam, Shamattawa, and Snow Lake as outline in accordance with the Scope of Work - Annex A, the Specifications – Annex B, and the Drawings as detailed in Annex C.
The Contractor and their staff MUST be security cleared by the RCMP prior to the Contract being awarded.
The Contractor may be required to provide Contract Financial Security before award.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
