Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans for Pre-Fabricated Building, Assembly and Construction, at Pass Island, NL. This work will consist of the assembly of a pre-fabricated building along with a concrete foundation, as well as associated civil, structural, mechanical and electrical work
