Nature of Requirements:
Description of the requirement:
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada ( DFO) requires to
purchase two types of batteries (quantity of the first type of
battery : 184, quantity of the second type of battery : 162)
for various devices. The technical specifications of the
required batteries are at Annex A - Requirements.
Basis of Selection:
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation
to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Delivery date:
On or before March 28, 2013.
Shipping Instructions:
Goods must be consigned to the destination specified in the
Contract and delivered "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) at 101,
boulevard Champlain, Quebec city, Quebec, G1K 7Y7, Incoterms
2000 for shipments from a commercial contractor.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
