Nature of Requirements:
SPILL CONTAINMENT BERMS
Natural Resources Canada has a requirement to purchase various
spill containment berms, in accordance with Annex A -
Requirement, Pricing and Delivery of the Request for Proposal,
to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario by 31 July 2012.
This requirement contains an option for the procurement of
additional quantities of spill containment berms, in accordance
with Annex A - Requirement, Pricing and Delivery, for delivery
to Ottawa within one (1) year from contract award.
Equivalent Part Numbers (P/N) will be considered.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
