Description of the Requirement:
Transport Canada is seeking to establish a contract for Business Consulting/Change Management Services to assist the department’s Transportation and Economic Analysis Directorate in conducting a Railway Capacity Study in which a Contractor will conduct a series of interviews with a list of Class I and regional/shortline railways and collect from each carrier information on its train capacity and network utilization at the subdivision/segment level for reference year 2019.
One contract will be awarded.
