This research will:1. examine and compare the process and outcome effectiveness of WHSCs between unionized and non-unionized settings;2. identify and compare factors influencing the process and outcome effectiveness of WHSCs between unionized and non-unionized settings;3. identify promising practices for WHSCs to improve their members’ occupational health and safety outcomes; and4. provide policy and/or regulatory recommendations for the Labour Program to promote occupational health and safety outcomes.
