Description of the Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (DND) (the “Client”) for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. DND has a requirement for professional services consultants with demonstrated expertise in the Technical, Engineering and Maintenance Services Stream, as a Life Cycle Management Specialist.
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for one (1) Junior Life Cycle Materiel Manager (LCMM) and one (1) Intermediate LCMM under the Technical, Engineering and Maintenance Services (TEMS) Supply Arrangement (SA) on an “as-and-when requested” basis. The resources must provide support to the Imaging Systems Program (ISP) for Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Imaging Services. The services are required for one (1) year, with an option to extend the term of the Contract by an additional one (1)-year period under the same conditions.

Proposed Period of Contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract to 31 March, 2019. There is a one (1) year option to extend the term of the contract from 1 April, 2019 to 31 March 2020.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 120 days for the Junior Life Cycle Management Specialist and 240 days for the Intermediate Life Cycle Management Specialist.
