This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) (the "Client") for Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) under the TSPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. In the context of exploring policy options to support future legislative/regulatory programming a team of Knowledge Management Consultants consisting of resources at the senior, intermediate and junior level are required on an “as and when requested” basis through the issuance of Task Authorizations to contribute to program modernization by providing guidance on the process of creating, evaluating, managing, reviewing and advising on information and knowledge in relation to the Energy Efficiency Act (the Act). It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for two (2) years, plus one (1) inrrevocable option period allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
