Should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, they may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date. Where additional invitations are made during the solicitation process, they may not be reflected in a bid solicitation amendment.
Description of the Requirement:
DND has a requirement for Task Based Professional Services, specifically one (1) Senior Business Analyst (Level 3) to assist with the conduct of surveys; the research, analysis and evaluation of departmental or interdepartmental projects, programs and policies; collection and analysis of data; design and creation of dynamic reports and dashboards; and provide senior management with the information required to make informed operational decisions. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for approximately one (1) year, plus one (1) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

Proposed Period of Contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract to 31 May 2017 (estimated).
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 230 days.
