Full description

Elections Canada’s Chief Information Officer requires the assistance of a Project Executive, who is an experienced former Government of Canada CIO, CTO or Head of IT, and the assistance of a Senior Business Analyst with the designation of a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or equivalent, to act as independent advisors to EC.

The primary assignment is to work as a team, along with EC resources as required, to assist EC by leading in establishing a framework, criteria and a plan with which to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the current “AS-IS” IT Solution Delivery and Service Management business model, including the governance, the operating relationships and processes supporting such a business model between EC and a key third (3rd) Party IT service provider. In addition, a separate deliverable will be produced providing recommendations for modifications to working arrangements and administrative agreements that support a relationship and business management model that meets EC’s needs.
