The objective of this project is to deploy an Agency wide Project and Portfolio management solution using MicroSoft Enterprise Project Server. This solution will streamline projects from requests to selection and prioritization, provide performance monitoring and reporting for management and investments, demonstrate rigor, continuous improvement, adopt governance and process from the approved PCA Project framework, recommend best practices and support Parks Canada staff as they undertake project management.
