Description of the requirement:
CIC requires the services of the listed team of specialists to develop strategies, guidelines and recommendations that can be immediately employed by case processing agents, content owners, writers and web developers to design, test and deploy and use web applications. The scope of this project is to focus on the creation, evolution and operation of Web Applications as well as to develop Information Architecture and Web Content for various Intranet and Internet websites. Content and Information Architecture must be compliant with the Treasury Board of Canada Standard on Web Usability (http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/pol/doc-eng.aspx?id=24227), Standards on Web Accessibility (http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/pol/doc-eng.aspx?id=23601), Standards on Web Interoperability (http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/pol/doc-eng.aspx?id=25875) and the Standard on Optimizing Websites and Applications for Mobile Devices (http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/pol/doc-eng.aspx?id=27088).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract Award to March 31st, 2017.
