The Department of National Defence, 9 Wing CFB Gander, has a
requirement for a 11,000-12,000 liter aboveground doubled walled
horizontal tank to store aviation fuel (Jet A1); as well as an
under dispenser sump for the fuel system. The tank and sump
shall be designed to fit the existing concrete pad. Location of
this requirement is Cape Race, Newfoundland. All work to be in
accordance with the Specification/Map attached as Annex "B" in
the Request for Proposal (RFP).

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT); and the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA).

IMPORTANT NOTES TO BIDDERS:

Under the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions, Standard
Instructions 2003 (2012-07-11) Standard Instructions - Goods or
Services - Competitive Requirements, Bidders must submit the
following as part of their bid:
1. A complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Bidder;
2. A properly completed and signed Consent Form, for each
individual named in the aforementioned list

addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted tender. Addenda, when issued, will

to inform the tender authority of their intention to bid.
