Black Gold School Division - Notice of Award - LEDUC JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL PARKING LOT AND VESTIBULE RENOVATIONS BID DOCUMENTS

Bidders are invited to submit bids for the École Leduc Junior High School Parking Lot and Vestibule Renovations.
Work of the project of which work of this contract is a part, is comprised of but not limited
to, the following:
1. Selective demolition as required and noted on the drawings to accommodate new
vestibule construction.
2. New interior and exterior building construction as required and noted on the
drawings to accommodate new vestibule door replacement.
3. Selective demolition as required and noted on the drawings to accommodate new
parking lot design.
4. New asphalt parking lot and drop-off area complete with new concrete curbs,
electrical work & landscaping.
5. New drive lane & sidewalk to tie into existing municipal street access.
6. Related site work.
