.1 .Selective demolition as required and noted on the drawings to accommodate corridors, washroom and change room areas.
.2 Selective demolition of existing roofing to allow for re-roofing application.
.3 Re-roofing of portions of existing roof as noted on the drawings.
.4 New interior construction including washroom and change room areas. Including new barrier free washroom, new janitor closet, new staff washrooms and staff shower.
.5 New flooring and ceiling work in corridor areas as indicated on drawings.
