A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is required for the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide bagged laundry services. The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base/Area Support Unit (CFB/ASU) Wainwright, Denwood, AB, will require the services duringCanadian Maneuver Training Center (CMTC), and DND Exercises, as required for the period of the Standing Offer.
The estimated period of the Standing Offer will be for three (3) years from the start date.
The requirement is subject to the provisionsof the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
