The RCMP's Uniform and Equipment program has a requirement for a firm quantity of seven hundred and twenty (720) Jackets, Take Down. Additionally, there is an "as and when requested" quantity of up to 5 specials (made-to-measure), which can be ordered within 24 months of contract award.
All quantities are to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. Firm quantities are requested to be delivered 45 calendar days following approval of the pre-production samples.
This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specification PD-PC-30 dated 2013-05-13 and viewing sample. Specification documents can be found attached to the RFP.
An RCMP viewing sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-award sample.
This requirement is subject to AIT.
This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods.
The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
