The Department of National Defence has a requirement for BOX,
MULTIPLE OPERATIONS, 8460-20-005-8662 for a total quantity of
40,000 each to be supplied in accordance with Annexes A, B, C,
and associated Appendices.
There are two option quantities for a minimum of 20,000 each up
to a maximum of 40,000 each distributed amongst the destinations
as required by DND, and exercisable within a period of twenty
four months (24) for option 1 from date of contract; and thirty
six (36) months for option 2 following the completion of option
1 quantities.
Delivery requested: Delivery is requested to be completed by
December 31, 2012 or sooner.
Destinations: Edmonton, Alberta and Montreal, Quebec.
NOTE: A NEW CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED WITH BID.
A CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATION - CONSENT TO A CRIMINAL RECORD
VERIFICATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL AND MUST BE SUBMITTED
WITH BID AT TIME AND DATE OF CLOSING, OR BID WILL BE
NON-RESPONSIVE.
