This amendment is raised to modify the Statement of Work and to
update the standard instructions and the general terms and
conditions.

Statistic Canada has a requirement for Various Corrugated Boxes
as describe in Annex A - Statement of work. The delivery is
requested at: Aurora (ON), Brockville (ON) and Gatineau (QC) by
October, 2015.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to submit by closing date and
time a complete bid.

Certification
Bidders must complete the Conformance Certifications in Part 5.
Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid
solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting
Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of
notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may
be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
